Now that we have established what Europe is, we need to think of its future. The European nations have been the center of the world for centuries, since the Roman times Europe has been the center  of culture, art, literature empires, being the richest nations in the whole world. The European empires once covered the whole world. However the 19th and 20th century was the turning point of the European hegemony. Europe suffered so much during both world wars. And at the end of WW2 the the world powers become Ussr and USA, and Europe became their "playground".

The countries of Europe are to small to compete on the world stage by themselves, so that is way I believe that a European State would be able to secure the interests and rights of the European people, in a world which is more and more polarized.
